Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Lasko product in its original packaging, including all manuals, remote controls, and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
